… without losing any formatting.

Also updated TOML format deps in a second location in the README

@flying-sheep excuse me to late. Still I don't understand that what to be improved and/or fixed by this change. Could you please explain about it?

Well, see the preview. It makes links simpler to hit and removes visual noise with all the footnotes.

@flying-sheep Very sorry to late for your contribution! For the past few years, I've been so busy with both my professional and personal life that I haven't been able to do any open-source (OSS) activities at all.

About your changes, I haven't decided yet whether it's better to list the URLs in a footnote or to embed them directly in the text, so I'd like to keep them as they are for now. So I'd like to know if there are any particular advantages to the latter approach you proposed.

I don’t know how to motivate Hypertext to you. Maybe “The Web exists because of it”? It’s convenient to click once instead of twice for the same effect? Browsers have built-in display for link targets on hover, so you don’t need to waste space by displaying URLs in the text?

I’m genuinely not sure how this isn’t a very obvious improvement.
